The Terra Junior is a prototype viewfinder camera taking 4×4cm pictures on 127 film, made by Teraoka in Japan at the end of the 1950s.
Description[]
The Terra Junior has a rigid body. The viewfinder is integrated in the middle of the top housing. There is a selenium exposure meter on the left of the viewfinder, set by a dial placed above the top plate next to the accessory shoe. The advance knob is at the top right and the film advance is probably controlled by red window. The name TERRA JUNIOR is engraved on the front of the top housing.
One prototype is pictured in Sugiyama,[1] it is not known if there were others. The lens is a Terra Plover 50mm f/3.5, with no. 11001. The shutter has B, 25, 50, 100, 200 speeds and is said to be a Copal.[2]
