The Pearl River is a Chinese TLR camera. It's like a slightly improved variant of the Seagull 4B, made in Guangdong from the 1960s to the 1980s. F3.5 75mm lens pair and 1/25-1/250 sec. shutter are both of the Pearl River brand. However, at least some, including the one pictured in this article, had shutters with speeds as slow as one full second and a bulb setting.
