Mailart refers to "mail art". It's the name of a single-use pinhole camera which is simply based on a cardboard bellows. It seems to have been core of an "art by mail" project. Daniel Richards spread a limited edition of it among photo and art enthusiasts. It comes in a cardboard sleeve and must be unfolded before exposure. It is pre-loaded with a film sheet and after exposure it must be folded and sent by mail back to the the manufacturer who develops the picture.
