The Actionsampler has four lenses instead of one. Inside, it has a few springs that turn a full circle when you press the shutter. It uses standard 35mm film. The aperture speed is 1sec., that is the time that takes all the lenses to open and close, one by one. The result is four frames on the same negative.

If you want nice pictures, all you need is nice weather, it needs a lot of light and outdoors shots of course, in case there is not a lot of light outside, you should use faster film, 400ISO on direct sun light, and 800ISO or 1600ISO at dawn or in the shade. Movement is always very nice to capture with the Actionsampler. That's why the camera is not like a four-lens passport camera and not like Disderi's four-lens CDV camera. Its conception is not for static portrait sessions but for action.

It comes in 3 colors: clear, white, and chrome. You should always use at least 400ISO even outdoors with a lot of sun, only use 100ISO if you are in the desert or something like that.
