The F.P.K. Automatic was one of Kodak's early own shutters. The everset shutter had a piston to connect tube and bulb for pneumatic remote control. It also had a lever as direct shutter release. It had a diaphragm with U.S. aperture scale and the modes time, bulb and instant (T, B, and I - in some Kodak documents it's called T.B.I. shutter). The Kodak Automatic was equipped with an additional piston that was part of the mechanism to set shutter speed in a range from 1 sec. to 1/100 sec. The shutters had an iris diaphragm with U.S. stop scale. A small variant was the Kodak Pocket Automatic.
