Elikon 4 is a 35mm film viewfinder camera made by Vilejka for MMZ (BeLomo) and produced between 1989-94 with quantity of 237.452 units.
It is a simplified version of the Elikon 3.
There are 3 types and one sub-type of the camera. [1]

- Lens: Minar 35mm f/4 or MC Industar-95-02 38mm f/4
- Aperture: up to f/16
- Aperture sest manually by the weather symbols by given film sensitivity
- Central leaf shutter with one speed 1/125
- Focusing: with the aid of symbols
- Focus range: 1.7m-inf.
- Built-in flash
