Elikon (Эликон) is a 35mm film rangefinder camera made by MMZ and introduced in c.1985.

The same camera was also labelled as Elikon-1. They differs only in the design of attachable flash. Elikon is a very rare camera. Produced in small quantities, are the subject of collecting .

There are 2 types and one sub-type of the camera. [1]

Some features

  • CdS exposure meter with
  • Automatic exposure control with aperture priority
  • In the viewfinder the green LED means under exposure and the shutter works in flash mode 1/30; red LED indicates over exposure
  • Lens: Minitar-2 35mm f/2.8
  • Aperture: up to f/22
  • Electronically controlled shutter with speeds 10-1/500 steples
