Dacora Daci Royal

Daci Royal is a medium format box camera made by Dacora and introduced in 1950.

It was the more versatile version of the Dacora Daci, a popular box camera for making 6 x 6cm exposures on type 120 film. Its lens was superior to that of the Daci and other box cameras since it was focusable from 1.5m to infinity. It had an aperture of f/9 and a quite small built-in reflecting type finder. Its shutter was switchable from instant mode (M for moment) to bulb mode (Z for time). It was sold with a beautiful leather box. Red, black, gray and green color varieties are also known.

It was also sold under the Certex name.
