Beirette (folding 1939) is a 35mm film viewfinder folding camera made by Beier and introduced in 1939. It is a compact horizontal-style foldinmg camera with basic body of Beier Beira with chrome top housing and optical viewfinder. It is also known as Beirette I.
It could be delivered in different combinations of lenses and shutter : Trinar 50mm F/2.9, Radionar 50mm f/2.9 or Cassar 50mm f/2.9 lenses in Compur or Compur-Rapid shutters.[1]
In c.1941, Beier introduced an improved version of the folding Beirette 1939, Beier Beirette (folding 1941) with coupled rangefinder.
